But alas, I have "funny" knees.....

My cardio is great, I could go for a few miles, but my knees tell me "URCH"!
I 'ran', no pun intended, onto a amazing running technique;

This book has changed, me (and my sweethearts) way of running. Basically it makes gravity work for you and not against you!
I was only running a 1/2 a mile a day due to know pain, and now
2.25 whole miles....YIPPEE!
